I wish I could rate this store 0 stars. I Just spent $70 on pizza for dinner, it gets delivered and it’s not even fully cooked. Every pizza is still very doughy and not edible. I called to try to get it resolved and was transferred to a “supervisor’s line” where there was literally silence and nothing else for 20 minutes so far and I never got to speak to a supervisor. This is not the way to run a business. We won’t be going back or suggesting this Pizza Hut to anyone.
They can not get a delivery order right and when they caught their mistake alisa called and said she would send the correct pizza out, she didn’t and when I called back, an hour and a half later, she denied talking to me. Second delivery order they have screwed up.
Well this one is on me. Haha �Didn't read the reviews. They are accurate. Our meal was already an hour late when I decided to call and check on the order. I was asked three times for my name and phone number because the person answering the phone kept giggling and talking to their coworkers.
