I wish I could rate this store 0 stars. I Just spent $70 on pizza for dinner, it gets delivered and it’s not even fully cooked. Every pizza is still very doughy and not edible. I called to try to get it resolved and was transferred to a “supervisor’s line” where there was literally silence and nothing else for 20 minutes so far and I never got to speak to a supervisor. This is not the way to run a business. We won’t be going back or suggesting this Pizza Hut to anyone.

They can not get a delivery order right and when they caught their mistake alisa called and said she would send the correct pizza out, she didn’t and when I called back, an hour and a half later, she denied talking to me. Second delivery order they have screwed up.

Ordered off the app. Was suppose to be ready in 10-20 minutes. Arrived to pick it up after the 20 minute mark and 30 minutes later I am still waiting on my order

Just spent 20 minutes trying to order from their website and then the app. I know that's not their fault but then I called and the girl on the other end mumbled and talked fast and I couldn't understand her. Asked her to repeat herself multiple times. After 5 minutes of asking over and over and still not getting to my order I hung up and called Papa John's.
Ordered delivery tonight, it arrived 40 minutes late. All 3 pizzas were cold, boxes were soggy. Tried to talk to the manager, he hung up on me. I love pizza hut pan pizza, but this is a continual issue with this store for both delivery and carryout, so I won't be ordering from them anymore.

Well this one is on me. Haha �Didn't read the reviews. They are accurate. Our meal was already an hour late when I decided to call and check on the order. I was asked three times for my name and phone number because the person answering the phone kept giggling and talking to their coworkers. After I finally got across who I was and what I was trying to find out, they told me that the delivery GIRL had already left 15 minutes prior and that she would probably be here in about 30 more minutes. About 15 minutes later the delivery GUY finally showed up to deliver our luke warm pizza and dessert without apology. We will definitely check the reviews before we order anywhere ever again. This is not the first time we have had an issue but it will definitely be the last. The management really needs to get their team under control.

You guys have so many bad reviews that it should be obvious that you guys should either hire complete new team or shut this place down. No one cares here apparently. Been to the drive through were people were just chatting not caring about the people waiting. The pizzas are always cooked horribly as if measuring cups dont exisit in this place, or under cooked dough. I love pizza hut but this place is the worst pizza hut I have ever been or eaten at. I have complained numerous times with pizza hut and nothing changes.
