“This is the best Dutch Bros in the Tulsa metro area. We visit regularly, and the team is always super friendly and efficient.
A few weeks ago, the young man who helped us profusely apologized for the wait and insisted on comping our drink. We didn’t complain at all (frankly, the wait didn’t seem that bad); however, this underscores the team’s efficiency and great service.

“Can't get enough of this place. I love the Mexican Cortado salad and a side of soup as well as the chicken salad sandwich. The bakery items are amazing for a sweet treat.

Owner is a very nice lady and the wait staff, especially April , are amazing . If you live any where South, you're missing out if you haven't been.

Don't forget they have breakfast too!

So excited to have a place that I don’t dread having to wade through “all the stuff” that we’ve accepted as typical. Customer service in a coffee hot spot? Yeah, I learned it still exists. “This Starbucks has *the best* morning crew on week day mornings. I can’t speak for other times because I’m only there in the morning during the work week but they’re always dressed so cute and are happy and kind. I always have a good experience and when I leave I leave feeling happy and ready for my day just based off of my interactions with them. The little changes they make to go above and beyond such as asking “How may I wake you up this morning?” Instead of monotonously asking for your order make a difference that I appreciate. “Normally this place is our GO-TO PLACE for donuts. But for some reason today our donuts were NOT anything like normal. Mini donuts ? No MICRO MINI DONUTS. Im not sure if the machine wasn't working properly or if it was operater error. Whatever the reason, it's not cool. At all. It will definitely make me think twice about going there again.
***UPDATE- the owner read my review and responded with a very nice message stating that they would be more than happy to make it up to us 100%. So, this morning we are going to take them up on their offer. Because to be honest with everyone. Both my fiance and I fell absolutely in love with this place and we were really disappointed with our food that morning of my review and it was completely out of character compared to every other single time we ordered there. So, we are about to go in and get some breakfast and see how this goes. Thank you again to the owner for reaching out to us. That shows that Sugar Llamas definitely cares about their customers! Not only leaving us satisfied but ensuring us that our feedback, ( good or bad) really matters as a business owner and essentially helps the establishment grow and become better!!

“Tried this spot for the first time. Good location, easy access , and great customer service. I wanted to try the new VT Pecan oatmilk latte crunch. An absolute delicious non-dairy coffee drink. The crunch always adds a nice touch. This drink is not over sweet so the crunch gives it a perfect balance of sweet.“

“This McDonald's is probably one of the most on point in the entire universe... I work next door at the Acura dealership and consequently find myself eating here at least 10 to 12 times a week. The food is always hot and fresh. Anytime I ask them to make an order custom it's always what I wanted. They kill it even though they're insanely busy all the time. There is also literally always somebody in the lobby cleaning and the bathroom is always clean. If you're a clean freak or germaphobe, I very highly recommend this McDonald's...
