Fresh out the oven cookies made to order are my favorite treat to start my day! I love all McDonald's but the Waco Glenpool McDonald's is my homebase McDonald's! Please be kind and respectful to the staff.

Food is fresh and comes out fast! Doors are locked , seemingly randomly but the managers respond quickly if it’s an error and let you in. If you’re looking for a quiet place to eat- potentially go somewhere else as the employees at this location are very chit-chatty and I’ve frankly heard a lot of obscenities yelled which could make you uncomfortable. Brought my daughter here for lunch and tried to order from the self order but still had to go to the counter to pay. When trying to pay had to workers (one the manager) look at me and still stood there for 2 mins before anyone came over to finish my order. I felt like the drive thru was more important to them then the people inside. The lobby also looked like nobody had cleaned it all morning or the night before so disgusting. Do better.
