Had some difficulties with ordering online. Was told that my card had been declined and used another card only to find that the original card had been approved twice. When I went inside to try to get help, the staff couldn't understand what I was talking about. Only one of the 3 charges ended up going through, but I was disappointed that the staff didn't even try to help.
