I lived in China for 15 years and the only authentic Chinese restaurant I know of in Tulsa is Mandarin Taste. They have actual Chinese cooks cooking the dishes from raw ingredients just like in China. I know it costs a little more and takes little longer but it is worth the cost/wait since you are getting real thing and NOT frozen entrees warmed up in the microwave. We have both done dine in and carry out. Every dish we have tried has been excellent especially the beef hot plate and szeschuan pepper chicken. Most of the time we have leftovers. Let me tell you nothing is lost when you reheat. In my experience most dishes feed 2 people.
