“The service only gets 3 stars because of the AI ordering system. It takes way too long and it added extra sauces that I didn’t ask for. The food is hit and miss, when it’s good it’s great but the last calzone I had from them was still cool in the middle and the cheese sticks had large patches without cheese and again seemed under cooked and a little doughy. The staff have always been courteous and helpful.“

“My man flipping the sign was the ONLY reason I stopped, He had a co worker with him and they looked like they were having fun so it got me excited... BESIDES I really do love mazzios and have been in another state for 22 years so a great welcome back for me! The crew INSIDE were extremely pleasant and even more accommodating. This is the fourth of July so NO ONE wants to be at work yet these folks were awesome even late on a holiday. The food is always SPECTACULAR, I have moved back so THIS Mazzios will be getting to know me soon. I do however think the coworker that was teasing him should have had a sign too though!! THANK YOU GUYS!“

“The pretzel bites are fantastic with their jalapeño queso dip. Dylan the bartender is cool. He makes a point to have real conversations with people, not just fake to make money. Never really have to wait for a drink, he gets them out quick and tasty. I feel like the restaurant decor is bland and could use some work, but overall a great experience.“

“Every time I’ve ordered from the store it’s on point, so today was no different. I arrived a little early and saw multiple people carrying many pizzas out (5-8), but what I didn’t expect was the one dude workhorse running the entire store by himself. I’ve seen some pretty crazy food service in my life, including working at a certain chaotic breakfast chain myself, but this one takes the cake. The fact that this dude got my order out on time as well as all these others with no help is honestly baffling. I didn’t catch his name, and I hope he gets credit for this, but the lone dude with the garlic butter pop socket needs a promotion to market trainer. Thank you my guy. 🤌🏻“

“Usually when we order from here it’s amazing, tonight not so good, the crust was thinner then normal, and harder as well (tasted stale) the pizza and breadsticks both as well as they were not cut right, breadsticks not at all and didn’t have the cheese on em when that’s what I ordered, I would still recommend this one but not sure what’s going on tonight everything was messed up tonight“

“We walked into Schlotzsky at 10:55 am. Ordered our meals went into dining room to find no clean tables, face and hand prints on glass, splash up on soda machine, trash and food on sticky floors. I did speak to manager on duty she said they were short staffed. I get that but the condition of the dining was unexceptable. This amount of filth doesn't happen overnight. Food was good but my stomach can not handle thought of how the kitchen might looked.“
