“The service only gets 3 stars because of the AI ordering system. It takes way too long and it added extra sauces that I didn’t ask for. The food is hit and miss, when it’s good it’s great but the last calzone I had from them was still cool in the middle and the cheese sticks had large patches without cheese and again seemed under cooked and a little doughy. The staff have always been courteous and helpful.“

“I have enjoyed this location for a very long time, it is always clean and the orders are correct...for the most part. Every time I use the web order option, if I choose no Extra cheese on the pop-up menu, somehow that orders as No cheese at all, however, if I close that little window everything is fine, unless I want extra cheese and then do choose it, it just comes regular portion. As usual at most Mazzios', there's a great salad bar and all-you-can-eat pizza buffet here too on certain nights...always clean and fresh, and will happily make a pizza by request to put on the buffet.“

“We are from Idaho, visiting family in Haskell. We ordered and the chicken bacon ranch pizza, BBQ chicken pizza, pepperoni and of course both deserts. I am a pizza snob but I will tell you this pizza was amazing! Everything was perfect! We ordered again later in the week. Staff was friendly and owner was amazing! They even put little hand written notes on all of our pizza boxes! Amazing 5 stars!“

“Every time I’ve ordered from the store it’s on point, so today was no different. I arrived a little early and saw multiple people carrying many pizzas out (5-8), but what I didn’t expect was the one dude workhorse running the entire store by himself. I’ve seen some pretty crazy food service in my life, including working at a certain chaotic breakfast chain myself, but this one takes the cake. The fact that this dude got my order out on time as well as all these others with no help is honestly baffling. I didn’t catch his name, and I hope he gets credit for this, but the lone dude with the garlic butter pop socket needs a promotion to market trainer. Thank you my guy. 🤌🏻“

“Usually when we order from here it’s amazing, tonight not so good, the crust was thinner then normal, and harder as well (tasted stale) the pizza and breadsticks both as well as they were not cut right, breadsticks not at all and didn’t have the cheese on em when that’s what I ordered, I would still recommend this one but not sure what’s going on tonight everything was messed up tonight“

“First time and we had our Works pizza delivery. I used the app. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was maneuver. adding/ taking off ingredients was a breeze. we were able to set the time of delivery and the young man was on time exactly when we wanted. And he was so pleasant!! how refreshing nowadays. Opening the box our eyes even had a feast! Everything looked so fresh and it had an abundance of toppings we were both hooked after the first bite. We both agreed it’s bye-bye to our previous delivery pizza shop. Marcos has won our business!“
