We walked into Schlotzsky at 10:55 am. Ordered our meals went into dining room to find no clean tables, face and hand prints on glass, splash up on soda machine, trash and food on sticky floors. I did speak to manager on duty she said they were short staffed. I get that but the condition of the dining was unexceptable. This amount of filth doesn't happen overnight. Food was good but my stomach can not handle thought of how the kitchen might looked.
Lunch today was unbelievable again! keep up the good work!
I like picking up lunch from you guys on Sunday afternoons.

Schlotzsky's Deli in Broken Arrow offers a solid and consistent dining experience with its unique sourdough bread and flavorful sandwiches, including favorites like the meatball sub with lots of sauce. The staff, including friendly employees like Alyera, provide good service, even during busy or short-staffed times, demonstrating teamwork and work ethic. The sandwiches are filling but not overly heavy, and the service is often quick and friendly. The restaurant maintains a menu that stays true to its roots, with no major changes since the 80s, which many customers appreciate. However, some reviews mention issues with cleanliness, especially in the bathroom and dining areas, where trash, dirty floors, and unclean tables were observed. Despite these concerns, the overall food quality and friendly service make it a popular choice for a satisfying meal. Guests are advised to request specific sandwich modifications and be aware of the cleanliness standards at certain times.
