horrible service my wrap was burnt and so dry that they couldn't even roll it up. won't be back.
Whom ever made the decision to remove the schlotzsky's chips from the menu should be drawn and quartered in a Renaissance fashion. I go to a steakhouse to get a steak and baked potato. I come to schlotzsky's to get a medium original and sour cream chips that has Schlotzsky's brand on it. I don't bring chips into my house. I don't eat chips with the exception of schlotzsky's chips. We walked into Schlotzsky at 10:55 am. Ordered our meals went into dining room to find no clean tables, face and hand prints on glass, splash up on soda machine, trash and food on sticky floors. I did speak to manager on duty she said they were short staffed. I get that but the condition of the dining was unexceptable. This amount of filth doesn't happen overnight. Food was good but my stomach can not handle thought of how the kitchen might looked.
