KFC is a popular fast-food restaurant that offers a variety of chicken dishes and sides. While the food quality can sometimes be inconsistent, with some visits providing fresh and tasty chicken, others may experience delays or limited menu options. The customer service is often praised for its professionalism and efficiency, with staff members providing thorough and attentive service. Recent reviews mention that the kitchen needs some organization, as food sometimes sits on the counter before being served. The chicken sandwich was noted to taste different, and biscuits were not cooked to the usual standards. Tenders, however, are consistently good, and the service is generally fast. An employee named Eric was highlighted for being very kind and helpful.
