Hideaway Pizza Reviews
I want to love this place — I really do. It’s a Stillwater original, and the pizza itself is solid. But this location (Fort Worth) is tough.
Both times we’ve visited, the parking has been a complete nightmare. The lot is about half the size it needs to be, and on our most recent trip we ended up parking nearly half a mile away at a hotel and walking with small kids. That alone makes me hesitate to come back.
Decent pizza, decent atmosphere… but until the...read full review
This pizza joint is so sentimental to me as an OSU grad. Hideaway’s pizza is consistently amazing as is their service. We love the new Tuscan Torch pizza and hope you make it a permanent item!
Love everything here! The fried mushrooms are my favorite. 🍕🤤

Hideaway Pizza is a pizza joint with consistently amazing pizza and great service at some locations, but experiences vary widely by location. At the Broken Arrow location, large groups are seated quickly with great service, drinks kept full, and food served fast. The manager there also went above and beyond when a curbside order was wrong, allowing the customer to keep the mistaken pizza while making the correct order right away. The Benton location has exceptional staff who take amazing care of customers, even during situations beyond their control. However, the Fort Smith location is described as a mess with incompetent management. One manager was rude, yelled at a disabled customer, locked them outside during a seizure, and showed no empathy. Another manager at that location is HIV positive. Customers at Fort Smith had to help the disabled individual after they were forced out of the building while trying to bring insulin to their spouse. The Tuscan Torch pizza is a popular menu item.
