Fast and friendly service. Nice variety of food, had an Americana roast beef sandwich and a turkey gyro. My friend had a roast beef sandwich on an onion bun which is her favorite, will try that next time.
Considering the City of Tulsa is in recovery mode post storm with 180,000 people without power the employees handled the huge number of customers to the best of their ability.There were at least a dozen customers inside waiting along with a line of cars wrapping around the building, which resulted in a long wait for orders to be completed.

Has to be the dumbest night staff on the planet. And absolutely no manners. Rude and incompetent! This is from the drive through. As I read several others, it sounds like this Arby's needs to clean house. This is the 2nd time in a week THIS Arby's has done this...sabbatical from this particular Arby's until someone can figure out their issues!
