Best OG ribs I have had in a long time!!!
Amazing bbq ribs were fall off bone pulled pork was on point brisket was perfect and the blackberry cobbler you will go back for seconds
Great experience and great food. Potato salad was mayo based and delicious. Brisket and pulled pork phenomenal. Service was absolutely amazing and prompt. Good location as well.

Prairie Smoke BBQ serves amazing food, with the BBQ Philly being a standout dish. The beans are mouth-watering, and the BBQ sauce is a highlight. The brisket is melt in your mouth and lean, and the smoked chicken is enjoyed. The ribs are always 10/10 delicious, and the loaded brisket fries are phenomenal with huge portions. This is a great find, a great spot with plenty of tables and great service. The kitchen is fast, and the staff is friendly and efficient, showing their love for the restaurant. Prices are reasonable, adding to the great value and home-cooked feel. However, there has been some feedback regarding the pork belly tacos, as the pork belly can be hard like beef jerky. Overall, if one is driving through, this is definitely a place to stop, especially for those with bigger appetites.
