Their waffles are so light snd fluffy. Very decently sized and a really good portion. I ordered a coffee and some sausage from there and the coffee was really good even as just black coffee!! The sausage had well seasoning

Based on customer reviews, SUNRISE TEX-MEX CAFE is a great spot with a soft, comfy atmosphere and a welcoming server. It offers all kinds of choices from breakfast to burgers and Mexican food. The best Mexican restaurant some have ever had, with amazing food. The best enchiladas, including red enchiladas and chicken enchiladas with the green chili sauce, are delicious. Other menu highlights include a grilled chicken & mushroom with sautéed onions quesadilla, light and fluffy waffles, and well-seasoned sausage with good coffee. The service is excellent, and the staff makes customers feel like family. This is the best food in Blanchard by far, worth the trip.
