Every once in a while, they will forget some of your food (bigger the order the more they forget, in my case). The food is great but there's never a guarantee you will get all of it.

Food was good. We went thru drive thru. 2 taco were not put in bag. Had to go back and get them. Wasn't happy about that since we really didn't have time to return but did. Will check order before we pull away next time
It's sad to see these places going away. In my opinion, Taco Mayo is better than Taco Bell, Taco Bueno and Taco Tico. And to me, it always tastes fresh.

Taco Mayo is a great spot for delicious food and quick service. While the drive-thru lacks atmosphere, the Taco Burger and burrito were hot and tasty. The staff is friendly and accommodating, with a clean environment. However, customers have experienced some issues, such as forgotten items in larger orders. It's recommended to check orders before leaving to avoid surprises. Even though there might be some minor hiccups like inexperienced staff during training, the overall experience is still mostly positive. The nachos and crispy tacos are highly recommended, making the 20-mile drive worth it. Some changes have been noted, including the tortillas not being as soft as before and a lack of black beans. Despite these concerns, Taco Mayo continues to strive for a satisfying visit for all customers.
