It's been a long time searching for a restaurant that knows how to cook catfish, as so often mistakes of overcooked, undercooked, or worse old cooking oil. I tip my hat to the cooks at Billy Ray's. Don't know about the BBQ yet, but they know how to cook catfish!

Me and my boys were in town for a football tournament (from Arkansas) and they were very hungry after a long day. We were nervous about it initially because we knew they closed in 45min. We were greeted and the door with a smile, received amazing, swift service and HOT-DELICIOUS-FOOD!!! It was very tasty and we definitely got our bang for buck! We will be back next time we’re in town! The ribs, catfish, okra and potatoe salad - SPECIAL
March 2025
Sometimes I'll go and the catfish is so good and flavorful. Other times, it's like they just put salt and pepper in the breading. So inconsistent. Really a shame because when I'm craving it, it's super disappointing when it's bland. I don't go much anymore because I don't know if I'll get Jekyll or Hyde flavor that night and I don't want to waste my money guessing.
