I've only done online orders and love me some Billy Sims. I am disappointed in their chili, as it taste like canned chili with brisket thrown in. At least get some chili like Wendy's and throw some brisket in there. But their smoked meats have always been good, and green beans are delicious, and baked beans. Just the chili wasn't great at all imo.

We've usually always had good service and food here. We ordered online tonight. My husband went to pick up. The baked potato we ordered had no sour cream, green onions or bbq sauce. I should have taken a picture. The slider we ordered and asked for sauce on had nothing. My husband said the 2 men working just stood there and stared at them. Didn't say hello or anything. It's a little bit of a drive for us to go to this one, we probably won't be back.

We ordered via DoorDash. The food was delicious! We got the meal for 2-3 people. Catfish, pulled pork and chopped brisket were very good. Potato salad and fries were good also. The down side was for the three pieces of fish the condiment cup of tartar sauce wasn’t close to being full just enough for one and a half pieces of fish, it’s not something we keep at home. We also chose to get an extra side of Mac n cheese and the serving size seemed very small for the extra $4.
