Rare steak with sauteed mushrooms was great with a perfect crust. A+ server was very knowledgeable about menu and specials. Only complaint was getting mystery oil when asking for olive oil for salad.

It is rare that I do a Google review while I am still in the restaurant but yes...I am THAT impressed.
The drinks are refilled, your dishes are picked up off your table....everyone works together. We had the pork chops and Ribeye and they were delicious. Perfectly cooked. This was our first time at Charlestons and we were more than impressed!

We were there as a group and I guess they had some issues that late. The appetizers were luke warm. Good but hot would have been better

Good food and good service.
Had lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Our waiter Will was very good. He took good care of myself and my friend without getting in the way. My chicken salad was HUGE! Worth every delicious bite I paid for for it. I appreciate they take food allergies seriously and made sure no avocado was on my plate.

They had some trouble undercooking my barramundi, but they went out of their way to drum up a new order. Charleston's has the best food and service compared to similar venues.
And the Brussels sprouts are amazing.

It's been a very long time since I have had a bad experience with a restaurant. I love going to restaurants and will usually do my best to give rating both good and bad. This week I traveled to Tulsa for work training, and we picked Charleston's for team dinner planned for Wednesday night. There were about 16 people in our party, and I prominently sat at a visible location at the end of the table. Unfortunately, the experience left a bad taste for me even though i enjoyed the company of my group. The two ladies that waited on our table skipped over me a few times even though the two guys (left and right) to my side would defer back to me a few times. At one point it felt intentional and disrespectful but preferred to not make a scene. I wanted to get a drink but was never offered even as the waitress asked everyone around me. A simple ask would been I noticed you haven't ordered anything can I get you something? It was plain ignored for the most part. Although it's one experience with Charleston, it's not on my recommendation list.

The best steak I ever had!!!
I like my steak well done and it was cooked perfectly 👌🏻not pink and not burnt. Another person like theirs close to rare and his was perfectly cooked. Its not often someone can make a steak the correct way and this place NAILED IT!! The server was spot on answered all our questions was polite and didn't ignore us. The place is beautiful inside spacious and clean. The prices are good and worth every dime. Their parking lot is very big and there's a cute pond type setting that we even saw people fishing in. There is outdoor seating also. Highly recommend if you're looking to have a great meal cooked correctly. 👍🏻👍🏻 to the cooks and staff.
