I’ve been to this location many times. I have not once been greeted with a smile or any enthusiasm. The employees preparing the food consistently serve terrible portions- seems intentional. When asked nicely to have a little more of something they have rolled their eyes and deliberately give you a small portion again. Safe to say after a couple years of upsets I will no longer be going to this location.

I recently ordered two burrito bowls and chips with queso, and I was seriously disappointed. The bag of chips was laughably small—about as underwhelming as those tiny Lay’s bags that are mostly filled with air. And the queso? The cup was so small I wondered if it was a joke or maybe it’s to complement the small portion of chips.

I also tried the smoked brisket, but I could literally count the pieces of meat in my bowl. For the extra $3 I paid, I expected a decent amount of meat, not scraps. Honestly, you’re better off spending your money at a local Mexican restaurant. You’ll get more food for your money, support a local business, and actually feel satisfied with the portions. Skip this place and find a spot that cares about value.

My burrito was stuffed with stuff I asked for light. In return the burrito was overstuffed and wouldn't close. When I asked for it to be fixed the hispanic woman manager laughed. In return I got a refund. Don't go to this chipotle if you want professionalism.

This place was disgusting. The dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. They had 7 people behind the counter and no one was cleaning. There wasn’t one clean table. The manager should be ashamed.

Worst customer service at this location. The food is dry and old and when you ask for fresh food they make faces and say they aren’t making more food. When I arrive it was 3:00pm and they refused to make food.

Had ordered a pickup and staff person was acting kind of weird. They took several minutes to find my order and eventually pulled it from under the counter. I felt off as soon as I started eating; then 15 minutes later, felt really sick. I suffered severe stomach bug symptoms for 3 days.

Whoever runs the grill and cuts the chicken in this specific Chipotle has not been properly trained on how not to chop off the tips of the vinyl gloves they wear over their cut glove. I have had this happen on MULTIPLE occasions at this location. Nothing like pulling pieces of glove out of your mouth every time you order chicken. Sent a message to corporate but the issue was never resolved. Won’t be going back to this location unfortunately. Love Chipotle, but this is a gross recurring problem.

Food order was completely wrong. 3 burritos. No instructions were followed. The didn’t have the steak to replace order so I ended up paying extra for something I didn’t want. Do not waste your time or money at this location, manager had the audacity to have attitude and all.

My chicken i ordered through DoorDash was uncooked and had a bone in it that chipped my tooth! And the rude ai person on the phone wouldn’t let me talk to a rude person but was too dumb to understand my issue I recommend Qdoba where you can talk to a human

They consistently “forget” to give your drink to the Door Dasher. It’s probably happened 3 times now, I will not do business with them again.
