Chipotle Mexican Grill

Always get shitty meat and have to dig for a chip with salt on it. Just seems like the quality is getting worse I used to love the steak burrito but tired of getting fat burrito.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE??
As someone who's trying to eat healthier, I want to keep giving this place a chance because I like the menu selection, but the last 4 times I’ve been here have been trash. The food flavor, the portions, the customer service, and the worst part is I keep getting the wrong meal 50% of the time. I’m not one to complain as I too, am a manager in the food industry, but I cant keep wasting my money here anymore. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE.

Ordered ahead and asked for a chicken bowl with double protein and got less than the amount you would get if you ordered a normal serving. I also ordered a large quesso with a large bag of chips and got a small or medium quesso which wasn’t even filled up all the way. This is maybe the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to, ESPECIALLY if you order ahead.

Two of us went to lunch at three pm on a Tuesday. There was table seating inside and also outside, but it was raining, so no one was outside. We took our lunches to go. I ordered the chicken taco bowl with all the additional toppings. It was seventeen dollars plus change. The food is fresh and very tasty. It's a very huge portion for the price, I felt it was worth it. The employees were nice and greeted us when we walked in the door. They were quick to take our order, so we were in and out in only a few minutes. I had to try the aguas frescas. I tried the pineapple and one other flavor. I can't remember the second flavor, but the pineapple one was not so tasty. It seemed like there was not enough pineapple in the mix. It tasted very diluted to me.

They cut up the chicken really small so you barely get any chicken and they burnt the hell out of the chicken so I'm tasting charcoal! They also don't put enough lime in their pico and they drop other foods in other sides, meaning if you have a corn allergy be careful, they drop corn in the sour cream! They should learn from the chipotle on Kenosha in Tulsa how to make the food!!! I wouldn't complain about the portions if the food to was actually good..

I’ve been to this location many times. I have not once been greeted with a smile or any enthusiasm. The employees preparing the food consistently serve terrible portions- seems intentional. When asked nicely to have a little more of something they have rolled their eyes and deliberately give you a small portion again. Safe to say after a couple years of upsets I will no longer be going to this location.

I recently ordered two burrito bowls and chips with queso, and I was seriously disappointed. The bag of chips was laughably small—about as underwhelming as those tiny Lay’s bags that are mostly filled with air. And the queso? The cup was so small I wondered if it was a joke or maybe it’s to complement the small portion of chips.

I also tried the smoked brisket, but I could literally count the pieces of meat in my bowl. For the extra $3 I paid, I expected a decent amount of meat, not scraps. Honestly, you’re better off spending your money at a local Mexican restaurant. You’ll get more food for your money, support a local business, and actually feel satisfied with the portions. Skip this place and find a spot that cares about value.

My burrito was stuffed with stuff I asked for light. In return the burrito was overstuffed and wouldn't close. When I asked for it to be fixed the hispanic woman manager laughed. In return I got a refund. Don't go to this chipotle if you want professionalism.

This place was disgusting. The dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. They had 7 people behind the counter and no one was cleaning. There wasn’t one clean table. The manager should be ashamed.
