The service and the atmosphere were great, big shoutout for the manager for hosting our son’s birthday party, and helping us throughout the whole night, the food was meh tho. Last time I had cicis was 2 years ago in a different state and I had food poisoning and I was hesitant to eat here again, I tried some again and even though I wasn’t food poisoned, the food was not the best but in their defense they were slammed busy so it’s understandable; still big thanks to the store manager for the day!

Our organization ordered 32 pizzas for and end of the season sports banquet. Danny did a great job helping us with our order and had delivery there early to help us get set up. Tremendous service by this store!! Appreciate you guys!

Great place for families and price is reasonable. The crew here is very friendly and will make items on request. We got a flat bread chicken pizza with chicken, spinach and Alfredo sauce. They also have a large game room to keep the kids busy after! We will definitely be back!

It's Cicis. You either like it or don't. My problem is the attitude i got when asking them for the Bavarian desert pizza. I don't know what this location hates about this specific item but if you don't ask for it, they will never put it out. Even after I asked for it, they only put out a half pizza with the other half being the apple one. On top of that, they didn't make it right and it was very disappointing. By far the best desert item they have and they never make it. The location on 91st and memorial always has it out.

It's not my choice of pizza. Didn't care for it. Mac&cheese pizza was very bland.
The best thing they had was pasta and sauce. That was very good and the cinnamon rolls were very good.

Absolutely the worst pizza ever!! Served rotten veggies in pasta! Not to mention when brought tomtheir attention they want to threaten to call the cops because of the bad food and service, and they didn't make fresh pizza when we were there and the manager was rude and acted like she had no common sense and wouldn't listen at all

Pretty solid pizza bar. They keep the fresh pizza coming. The arcade is ok. There were w few games that weren't working when we went. The prize selection was pretty decent. Overall the place was clean and well staffed. The staff were all very friendly.
