This is easily the best Cicis I've ever been to! Danny is a very kind and hardworking manager, and I think it clearly reflects in the quality of his store. I've been going here for years, and it will be for years to come. Highly suggest!

We've been coming to this Cicis location off and on for the past 4–5 months, and every single time, the game room has had an absolutely awful smell—like something died back there. The stench is especially strong in the back near the bathrooms, and it hasn't improved at all over time.
The bathroom doors in that area are always locked. It honestly seems like a toilet was clogged and, instead of fixing the issue, they just shut the doors and hoped no one would notice.
It’s really disappointing because the food is fine and my kids enjoy the games, but the smell is overpowering and makes the experience miserable. Management really needs to address this—it’s unacceptable to let that go on for months.
I placed a to go order and the lady at the counter was very helpful. Then the manager came out & insisted on helping me carry my order out to my car. Great customer service!!
