This is not your TRUE first watch. I've been a huge FW goer for years and even gone to many out of state. This particular location I've been to this location 3x and every time I'm disappointed in how inaccurate the menu items taste compared to the way they've always been made at all the other locations. The flavor is definitely different in many of their dishes. The chia pudding, chicichanga, bfast tacos, greens, avocado toast, tdifecta...just to name a few. The greens were over saturated/ wilted and old. I would've taken a photo of it all but they took the plate away before getting a snapshot. The water taste like it came out of old pipes, definitely not filtered water. The atmosphere is fine other than the blaring music which made it difficult to have decent conversation. This was my last time going to this location. They obviously need to look at the own cookbook and stop cutting corners on how it's suppose to be made.

Only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of pricing. Ordering anything a-la-cart isn't really worth it and you might as well buy a whole meal at that point. And substituting anything is pricy as well. The food here is always fantastic, except they really overcooked the breakfast ham this time (mm ham jerky). Otherwise, everything was pretty good. Reasonable portions, quality ingredients, and good service.
Brunch at First Watch was fantastic, and Lorenzo made it even better! He was incredibly attentive and heard me mention using my birthday BOGO. To my surprise, he brought out a specially made blueberry dessert to go—it was such a thoughtful gesture! The food was amazing (as always), and the morning drink was perfect. I truly appreciate servers who go the extra mile, and Lorenzo absolutely did. Thank you for making my belated birthday brunch so special, Lorenzo!

Love the food, Love the people always a fantastic experience. Yes you wait for chef grade quality food. (That's happens during rush hours) it's a place where can you go healthy or hearty at anytime. I'd say 9.8 Food, Service 9.6 Atmosphere 9.4 I guess you could go to Dennys or IHOP if the prices seem to steep. Remember it only cost a little bit more to go first class.
