“You need to replace that carpet with tile. We went on a rainy day and the whole place smelled like mildew and was so overwhelming we could barely eat. Carpet in a restaurant is so unsanitary. You can not adequately clean spills. The food has always been good and consistent, but service is a little slow for lunch service. You won't make it out in an hour to get back to work. And the constant use of the machine on the table to order and pay makes it somewhat impersonal. If you go to an Italian restaurant and expect to pay around 15-25 dollars a plate you expect to have a server, not a machine.“

“I read some of the other reviews and feel for these people. Pick up your pizza. The drive through is fast and the employees work hard to get your orders right. If you are lucky enough to deal with Susan on your trip to Mazzios, you will have a better day from that point on. The car you drive will get better gas mileage, and your clothes will retain an unrealistic luster for, at least, three and a half months.

“Man, there just isn't a better ranch out there lol. Their pizza is definitely different than say Domino's, or Pizza Hut, or anything else commercial. I will say that their Hawiian is lacking. But when it comes to the other fun pizzas, pepperoni or their calazones.....just unbeatable for the price!“

“I had a small order of cheese dippers with pepperoni and 10 boneless buffalo wings. i started out with the cheese sticks, and after I finished them, I was still hungry so I bought a 5 piece order of boneless wings with the mild buffalo sauce. The wings were so good that I had to have another order. I jokingly asked the guy who took my order if the sauce had any crack in it, who I made him laugh. This location has a nice cozy vibe, and is quite pleasant.“

“If you are from here and grew up with Mazzio's, you probably love it. I love their deep pan pizzas and calzone rings. Pair these with their ranch and I'm set. I order delivery from this location, so not sure about the salad bar, but most locations have a really good salad bar as well. I don't have as much of a sweet tooth anymore, but their cinnamon sticks are the best out there. Top value for locations with the buffet.“

But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.“

“For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

“We dined in, it was not busy at all (we were the only ones inside) and I ordered an Italian sandwich and a mini cheese pizza for my daughter. My friends got their large supreme. Cool. No biggie. They finished the pizza and my daughter and I were still waiting. I went up to say something, they told me it was coming out of the oven now as I see them pull it out of the window and bring it to my table. Idk if it was a miscommunication or what. “Best pizza buffet in Tulsa.The only sour point is the lady taking care of the dinning rooms is so sad and angry.Don't know why she keeps working there.We left to fill our drinks and she threw out all our pizza and salads. The rest of the staff is very good.“
