“You need to replace that carpet with tile. We went on a rainy day and the whole place smelled like mildew and was so overwhelming we could barely eat. Carpet in a restaurant is so unsanitary. You can not adequately clean spills. The food has always been good and consistent, but service is a little slow for lunch service. You won't make it out in an hour to get back to work. And the constant use of the machine on the table to order and pay makes it somewhat impersonal. If you go to an Italian restaurant and expect to pay around 15-25 dollars a plate you expect to have a server, not a machine.“

“Ken really messed up, but Mazzios reigns supreme. Wish they would stop playing and open up in Texas already. Ironically I go there for the salad bar, which they need to add matchstick carrots and kidney beans to, and I stay for the pizza.

I went to pick up pizza tonight and as soon as I entered the store Matt and Bruce greeted me with a smile and had me checked out in less than five minutes. This is what I experience every time I come to this location and that is why I love them.“

“I had a small order of cheese dippers with pepperoni and 10 boneless buffalo wings. i started out with the cheese sticks, and after I finished them, I was still hungry so I bought a 5 piece order of boneless wings with the mild buffalo sauce. The wings were so good that I had to have another order. I jokingly asked the guy who took my order if the sauce had any crack in it, who I made him laugh. This location has a nice cozy vibe, and is quite pleasant.“

“If you are from here and grew up with Mazzio's, you probably love it. I love their deep pan pizzas and calzone rings. Pair these with their ranch and I'm set. I order delivery from this location, so not sure about the salad bar, but most locations have a really good salad bar as well. I don't have as much of a sweet tooth anymore, but their cinnamon sticks are the best out there. Top value for locations with the buffet.“

“For the most part hideaway is a good place to eat. But my visit last night was no so good. We set down ordered our drinks and appetizers. My wife had to remind our waiter to bring me my beer. He then took our pizza order. Our appetizers arrived warm not hot like they had been setting on the counter too long. We eat them and just thought they are a little busy, no harm. 20 min later our pizza was brought out. The crust was warm and the toppings were cold. We told our waiter and he went and got the manager who said do you want to box it up and take it home and warm it up? I told him no and he came back I will give it to you for free. I again said no I will pay for my beer, wife’s drink and raviolis. The manager would hardly make eye contact with my with and I and when he laid the bill on the table he said sorry as he walked off. The waiter wasn’t much better instead of playing games with the table behind us he should have been keeping a eye on our orders. I will continue to eat at hideaways just not the one on S. Memorial.“

“We are in town for the weekend and wanted to try a place we hadn't heard of. We were going to order from somewhere else but they were closed. But you know what that was good luck on our part because this place was amazing! The food was hot and tasty. The salad was really big and the toasted ravioli was yummy. The calzone ring was neat and they have really good ranch. All in all very satisfied with our order.“

“Mazzios is one of my favorite pizza joints.
Nice selection of foods like salads or subs+fries and of course Pizza, is a semi Pricey place but it's nice. Normally do pickups here and staff are quick and friendly. Parking varies depending on day/time but normally a spot or two is open

When you arrive early there's a bench you can rest on and wait which is very nice, however being a light dude the bench slowly bends into place and honestly is seen better days and Is ready to be replaced. Plus side, outlet is right behind it and pretty useful while you wait for your order and can charge your device or such.

Only two vodkas to choose from for a martini?? Then “extra dry” came with vermouth. Tried to put our food order on the wrong table. Ordered a glass of wine with dinner. “Best pizza buffet in Tulsa.The only sour point is the lady taking care of the dinning rooms is so sad and angry.Don't know why she keeps working there.We left to fill our drinks and she threw out all our pizza and salads. The rest of the staff is very good.“
