The guy making sandwich was super rude about me asking for gluten free bread and made fun of me to his coworker right in front of me for my sensitivity. Very unprofessional and I don’t understand why you would comment on somebody’s dietary needs. Will never come back to this location

I got a sub from Jersey Mikes in Broken Arrow today, the meat and all of the trimmings were excellent but the bread left a lot to be desired. It was tough! I’ve had day old bread that was fresher than what I got .

These guys have ZERO hustle to them! We knew from experience how slooowww they move so we even ordered ahead and waited 15 mins till we got there...they had JUST started our order and the place was dead. We placed the order at 2:10p and wasn't ready till 2:38p. The guy saw me waiting and just continued to move like a literal sloth. Don't go here unless you have plenty of time to wait. One couple even walked out after seeing the pace...I would have too if I hadn't already paid & tipped them!!
I stopped by Jersey Mike’s and had an awesome experience! Jacob, Gabe, and Fisher were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. I got the Original Italian “Mike’s Way,” and it was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. Everything tasted amazing, and the service was quick and spot-on. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

Fantastic location - one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The meatless mushroom Swiss was absolutely divine. They gave my service dog a huge end slab of meat too. Will definitely be back - fantastic location and management!

Tried the new pastrami sandwich. It was tasty but not really a classic pastrami flavor profile. Meat tastes more like typical luncheon meat, not the complex fatty deliciousness of a kosher deli. Still, the sandwich is significantly better than other large chain competitors.

Well I guess I must be the first ever dark skinned guy to take pictures inside this location! By the time I received my sub there was a Police Truck across the street shining his lights right in my face! Wow! What a rush! Crazy Crazy Crazy!!!! The Girl was nice and gave a “Have a Gooood night!” Amazing experience at night!
