I was recently at this location, and while I was waiting for an online order, I waited for close to 10 minutes standing at the counter while multiple employees saw me. Not a single individual acknowledged me standing their waiting, or asked what I was there for or needed. Finally I was asked if I was there for an online order that they had just completed, I asked if it was normal for them to ignore people standing there for so long. I did not know how to post closed when hours said working and normally I wouldn’t bother to review but here’s the thing… I had a long Friday and Saturday working my 2 jobs and my plan tonight was to get the $20 8 piece meal and relax and watch a movie with my girlfriend and since the store was closed we ended up at slim chickens for a more expensive yet much poorer meal. I place the blame for our bad night at your feet 😢
