Went through drive-thru and got home and realized I had forgot to put the apple pies in. Drove 5 Mi back to the restaurant to pick up my Apple pies. Got back home and apple pies were from noon, this was at 8:00 p.m. in the evening. Apple pies were dried out

The lady who took my order in the drive thru was super nasty and wanted to argue with me when there was multiple cars behind me in line instead of fixing my order. I had ordered 3 20 piece nuggets with 3 baskets of fries which she rang up separately but it’s a meal that comes with the 20 piece and basket of fries and she said that I should’ve ordered it by saying “can I get the meal that has the 20 piece nuggets and basket of fries” I guess I didn’t realize there was...

When I had last gone, I went through the drive through. When looking in the bag, it seemed like I was missing something. I brought it up and they said it wasn't rung up. I had to go inside to get this fixed, and luckily there was a more sensible employee at the front who fixed it right away once they saw the receipt.
Not describing anyone, it's also been a bit since.
