Ordered on the app. Requested steak on a burrito and paid extra for it. They did not do it. They smiled but didn't greet just said pull around and park to wait for food. Rest was great. Had plenty of sauce and napkins.
Employees often sound miserable over the drive-thru speaker. Went yesterday (7/6/23) and ordered, the young man taking my order sounded completely disinterested in his job. The young lady that accepted payment was great, smiling and cheerful. That was all taken away by realizing they had missed a couple items in the order. Win some ya lose some. I'll still go back.

I order lunch here occasionally around 10am-1pm. The young woman at the intercom is always so hateful. She will let out sighs as I place my order, have a big attitude with me at the window. The food is always great, and the rest of the staff are always very polite towards me. But this young woman, I could understand if I was being rude, but just to be rude to me for no reason?
