Outstanding customer service!!! Tomorrow is a holiday and most places will be closed. I placed an order online for pick up to insure the holiday goes as planned. I sent someone to pick up said order and they had no record of my placing an order. They called other stores and tried to look up by my phone number but nothing. Had my husband's 60th birthday. David and Tom took great care of us. Food was great. Room was clean and perfect sized for our party. From the lady we talked to on the phone to David and Tom..... everyone was friendly and helpful. We will use this location again, when we need to have another event.
The tables were so dirty and napkin holders were so full of dust and dirt with the wall by the table were so disgusting. I was disappointed. I like the BBQ but that's a turn off not to go back. I changed 4 times for a clean table.
