The people Are very helpful & polite. Today was the second time in a week we had to leave prior to getting food. 1st time they had large take out order and it appears they did not have enough people to fill the order & wait on people, It is hard to find good people. Today, there was no caso due to a large take out order. We love Qdoba. We are sorry they are having a hard time.

I wish I had better experiences at this location because it’s closest to me but every chance I’ve given there’s been no improvement every time I order food from this location it’s been so gross I just end up throwing it out the lettuce tastes like soap and the chicken is always burned and the customer service just isn’t there at all they barley make your food and they don’t say even two words to you and there’s always something missing from my order. This store needs some management.

I’ve been eating at Qdoba’s in many states for many years. This is the worst experience I’ve had. The particular night we went in (12/26) the room was filled with smoke. Chicken had been burned. I’m not sure how given 3 employees were working. No attempt was being made to open doors or get the smoke out.
They were out of chicken (burned), out of pinto beans, out of fajita vegetables, out of onions, out of jalapeños, and out of cilantro. They were also out of bottled waters that were supposed to go with the kids drink. Plastic ware was also out so good thing our hotel had some. After all of that, it took us with 2 bowls/2 kids meals over 20 minutes to get out of the store with only one person ahead of us. Still got charged full price for 50% of the ingredients. Never going back to this location.

As we were pulling into the parking lot at 4pm, one of the workers came to the window flipped us off and went to the back. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and we went in anyways. They were completely out of fajita veggies and basically out of everything else. It stunk like cigarettes and musty old building smell. We just left without ordering and we also weren’t even greeted. This place sucks.

Waited approximately 20 minutes to get up there behind 6 people. It was 630 at night. They were out of most stuff, including the brisket, which is what I really wanted. I asked if they had more, and they guy said that I should have come earlier. So rude!! I ended up leaving hungry 😩

This place is consistently out of Fajita veggies. They told me that they do not make any after 7:00 and today I went at 5:00 and they said they don’t have any. To top it up, Employees are not happy to be there and do not show any enthusiasm or greet customers.
Shay the store manager was so kind. The food was phenomenal. I am very happy with my visit today at this location! Great job QDOBA.

0 stars is the real rating. Out of main menu items is a defile setting here. Guranteed to be short everytime.
Facilities are broken, or unusable. How long has the men's bathroom been inoperable? You'll need to answer in weeks.
