Went in with my husband to get some bowls and it was absolutely horrible, the server was rude and not customer friendly. He literally gave us one small scoop of everything and seemed like he was In a hurry to get us out even though they didn’t close for the next 45 min. The kitchen looks horrendous and the food was not tasteful I paid $27 for 2 bowls. I would honestly like a refund.

I went there and it looked like everything was gone. Also when I was served the rice and food did not taste fresh at all. Disappointed, I will not return.

Nice staff. However the restaurant dining area and serving counter could have been cleaner. The food was not hot. Barely warm. And we had to wait 10 extra minutes for fresh shrimp because they didn't have any made and it was dinner time.I'm not surprised there was no one in there. And as a side note, the parking lot needs resurfacing. LOL lots of deep potholes.

We got there at 5pm'ish no cars in parking lot no customers inside. Should have taken that as a warning and went someplace else. The place really needs a thorough cleaning. Yes it's older but the carpet can still be cleaned. Anyway the surf and turf bowl as advertised every where was more like chewing the worst cuts of beef imaginable served like out of the wrapper, leftover from a college dorm late night run and seriously how long had my shrimp been resting to the point of rubbery death in whatever that stagnant oil and water concoction was.Not only do I NOT recommend this Qdoba I'm thinking it won't be long before the health department shuts them down for failure to maintain safe food temperatures. Hint! #Tulsa Health Department. The rice was crunchy cold and dry. The black beans obviously canned, like right out of the can thats how not hot nor warm they were. Got a burrito basically the same food quality and to add insult to injury pretty sure that was a heat press that must be broken because Yhea not used. This place is so bad we felt horrible allowing customers after us to place orders. The only redemption is the staff was pleasant, well groomed and knew the menu. NEVER going back to Qdoba. As a matter of fact, we decided as horrible as our last visit was to Chipotle a couple years ago, we should have gone there and they actually served us food that although warm it had the taste of being burnt and rinsed.Parking: Very few customers so plenty of parking

So disappointing. Reviews are important, but I did not bother to look because it’s Qdoba and I was excited to see one in my travels. I regret not reading the reviews. Food was cold,no shredded cheese, my steak was so chewy I had to pull pieces out and throw them away. And the customer service was mediocre at best. But I had to eat it because it was my dinner. Hope they improve.

Food is made freshly in front of you. A selection of choices. Large portions. The chips and queso were tasty.

Service was probably the worst part. The air head working at the counter had no customer service skills and lacked kindness. He seemed very annoyed at his job. Used to love qdoba but their service has gone downhill. When asked a question about an item, the response was.... "ion kno" either a shrug. Maybe a bad day but I wish I took that as a sign to just walk out. The food was not the same. Many of the ingredients were not available and price of the food didn't match the quality at all

It is very dirty and the prices are more expensive than the ones in OKC. The employee was obviously counting each individual piece of meat so the tacos were essentially empty. Go to a taco truck instead.

Restruant smells very bad , food was ok but definitely more expensive than chipotle, chips tasted horrible and smelt even worst either they were a million years old or they were fried in disgusting old oil . Will not be coming

Called ahead to let them know the app was giving my husband and I issues when attempting to sign in but we had our rewards numbers and wanted to do two separate orders (one on my rewards account and one on my husbands because I wouldn’t be coming since I’m at home healing with a newborn. They told me that was fine so my husband drove down, placed the orders then they wouldn’t let us use our rewards. Food was mediocre and service was even worse. For the price definitely just could have gone to an actual Mexican restaurant where the service is always good.

3 people in line. It took 30 mins to get to the register. UPADATE. Whatever change was made is fantastic. Brandon, that works the lunch hour does a great job. I was in an out very quickly. Thank you.

We got to the restaurant 30 minutes before they were closing. The music was so loud that you couldn't hear what the guys were saying behind the counter. My wife asked one of them what was good there & he said "I don't eat here! Ever!"There was 6 on our party & the food was cold! Only 1 finished their food! They were vacuuming & spraying tables all around us! Tables were broken & wobbly! They did not want us to eat there! We felt like a burden for even coming in the door & them serving us!
