Starbucks in Broken Arrow

“There was an issue with the grinder to ground the espresso; it was too fine and would clog my machine. I spoke with the manager, Jori, she was absolutely wonderful. She did a trouble shoot on the machine, showed the difference of what I had been given versus what it was actually supposed to be and completely made it right. She was so kind! Thank you Jori! Your kindness definitely doesn’t go unnoticed, and makes a difference!“

“20241003 I called so many Starbucks, and this location had the old OK Been There Mug!! Hannah was great and was willing to set aside the last one that she had. When I arrived, she had TWO!! last 2! I wanted 1 for me, and I guess my friend got lucky! Hannah is so sweet and helpful! I love iylt when people are willing to go above and beyond. Thank you!! There are 4 dedicated 15 min parking spaces right by the Starbucks doors.“

“4 stars for food because you took away most of your frappucino menu???
I asked for an off menu item to compensate for the lack of frap variety tho and the baristas where very helpful although I'm fairly sure it was inconvenient“

“There was a new barista there today and she was exceptionally kind. I didn’t get her name, but I wish I did. I got a vanilla bean frappe with strawberry purée, a drink I found on Pinterest, and she said she would try her best but hasn’t done many off the menu drinks. I got it in at most 5 minutes, and could tell they had been busy because a lot of the pastries were sold out, but she still got my drink done quickly and was supper kind.“

“Took our niece before she has to be at school by 7:45-8 & the drive-thru was packed— however, we literally weren’t even there for even 5 minutes! Our drinks are great, the service was awesome too. I’d recommend this location to anyone who’s in a hurry & prefers the drive-thru!“
