“I got a salted caramel cold brew because I couldn't get the salted caramel macchiato, it's been discontinued which makes me extremely sad. Why they get rid of a drink that continues to self out I don't understand. The drink I did get was good just not as good as that salted caramel macchiato.“

“This is my Starbucks. I enjoy coming here. I’ve always found a comfortable pace to sit. The employees are pleasant and kind. I always ask for my latte to be extra hot and they get it right. I like to come her for a 30 minute break, have a blueberry scone and my regular latte. This week I earned 60 extra points on the Starbucks app, now I’m eligible for a free latte AND a free scone the next time I go in. I love the ability to load my Starbucks up from PayPal, earning extra points every time I drink my favorite coffee.Parking: It can get crowded in this parking lot, but I go often and have always found a spot.“

“This location is always fast and friendly. It's a super busy store in the morning but they get you in and out quick. The batistas make great suggestions if you're stumped on what to order and the variety of quick bites is great for a quick snack.“
“I had a large order on a busy time of day. The staff was very accommodating and friendly as well. The only complaint I have is they never give receipts, I paid cash and needed this. Had to make a trip back to get it, and then the same friendly guy, didn't seem so friendly.“

I just order on the app and pick up my coffee so I can avoid the terrible drive thru line that some people will cut in front when they don't use the correct entrance. Thus blocking the flow of traffic...“
“Great place to get your brevages, it's nice and clean and near great places to shop and few good restaurants. Just a nice place to stop at and of course the drive through is rather quick at times. Staff is very very friendly haven't ran into any rude experiences yet. Ever visit I leave with no negative experiences.“

Their customer service is phenomenal this store SHOULD be the training module for ALL the Starbucks. I say this because,I refuse to patronize the Starbucks in Sandsprings the employees, all seem to be preoccupied having their own personal conversations amongst themselves customers come last at this store and I always seem to get someone with a big ol attitude ?once made a complaint about this never heard from management so that speaks volumes. “I had a door dash order, the dasher didn’t double check the bag before leaving the store so I had gotten the wrong order.I have gestational diabetes, so I can only get specific items from Starbucks, so I was quite irritated..I ended up calling Starbucks and telling them about the situation, and they very understanding and remade my order completely.I drove up to the store to go get it and they were very understanding and so incredibly sweet. It was the best experience which is why I always go to this specific store and everybody that was working today were Rockstars, super nice, and friendly and very helpful, and I am very appreciative of everybody at this Starbucks.“
“No matter what month or year I travel to Tulsa this Starbucks makes a consistently good beverage and always a stocked pastry case with a line of cars out the window. My complaint, which still exist on this visit 2 years later is that getting to the drive through from 71st street or west bound on Memorial is horrible so be aware of others trying to navigate a way in as well.“
“Jason is always so friendly and in a good mood. Service is quick and accurate every time! I enjoy the consistency of the employees and how polite and professional they all are. The drinks are always spot on and I order some weird stuff they generally have all food items in stock and that's a plus. I find a lot of others are frequently out of new items. The inside is always clean, I like the dim lighting and calm vibe.“
