Out of all the Starbucks locations in Tulsa, not a single one stands out like the location on 91st and Yale. Despite being one of the busiest locations around town, the Team at 91st makes every effort to make your experience more than just a typical coffee run. Not only is the service fast, the food fresh, and the drinks made EXACTLY to order, the team takes time and care to know their regular customers. Every day I come in, I am greeted by name and met with a smile by each team member. The management staff and crew are wonderful. Andrew, Alyssa, Dangie, Maddie, Kaylee, Troy, Cameron, Hannah (others I don't know their names yet but they are awesome!!!) each make a point not only to make me feel welcome, but that my visits are consistently the best. Starbucks has gained a customer for life!! This Team keeps the place clean, the vibes cool, and me coming back constantly. 10/10 Recommend :)“

“I rarely go to Starbucks but my girlfriend and I wanted an iced tea and a place to talk. I remembered this location was close by where we were shopping so we headed over and got black iced teas with extra ice and a slice of their lemon cake. The server was so kind and even wiped down the table we found that had just become available. While most of the tables were full with people, we found the perfect cozy spot so we could talk. The black iced tea was excellent, perfectly balanced although unsweetened. The lemon cake was so flavorful, not too sweet, and very tender. There were a lot of people here at 4:30pm on a Friday but we could talk privately as the noise level was not intrusive. We were here for a couple hours talking over our yummy tea & cake. It was one of the most pleasant & peaceful Starbucks I have ever been to! I highly recommend this location.“

“My daughter and I had a great experience here. She said it was the best pink drink she’s ever had at any Starbucks ever. So much so that she demanded I leave a 5 star review before we left to return home haha. Thanks for the great service and for the world’s greatest pink drink creation!

“This is the best Starbucks in Tulsa. They usually have everything in stock and are super friendly. The drinks are made properly as ordered. I go here often and never have problems like the other stores around the area although I will say the Yale location has improved significantly the 21st and U still takes the cake“

“Their internet was down & my kids were fighting & we had a big order & one of the employees took over the order for another person who was rightfully struggling to get the order right & was very patient and accommodating in the situation. It’s people like this employee that remind me that good humans exist & aren’t just there to do a job but to also take care of the people part of their job too. That persons name was Kira! So thank you Kira for not focusing about the possible line forming but worrying about the person & family you were serving!“

“Great place to get your brevages, it's nice and clean and near great places to shop and few good restaurants. Just a nice place to stop at and of course the drive through is rather quick at times. Staff is very very friendly haven't ran into any rude experiences yet. Ever visit I leave with no negative experiences.“

“I recently applied to Starbucks (no experience) and didn’t get an interview, but I still frequent this location—and experiences like this are why. The barista Malachia (Spelt like Chai Tae) had such a genuinely positive energy that I immediately felt the holiday spirit. He truly embodies the Starbucks standard of creating a welcoming, joyful, and comforting coffee environment. They were out of the sugar cookie cold foam, but instead of a flat ‘sorry,’ he made a magical recommendation that warmed and woke me right up! I don’t feel this level of care at every Starbucks, and that’s exactly why I’ll return—not because of caffeine addiction, but because I felt cared for. Christmas in a cup! 🎄☕️🧜🏽‍♀️“

“Service Sucks. Staff not friendly. Order took 25 mins to wait for even tho was mobile order. No one spoke had to ask about order. App told me order was ready for pick up. Got order with no damn straw. Had to ask for straw and straw too small for vente cup. I’m gonna start going to Dutches Bros. Star bucks won’t see me again.“
