“The sweetie pie working the drive through window this morning (like 8am) LOVE!! Ugh what an angel. Literally made my day. Was honestly just so kind and has such a welcoming and beautiful energy. Also my coffee was made to perfection so thank you *muah* *muah* kisses to all the amazing baristas who I’m SURE don’t get as much as they deserve from their company… I love them and know they encounter rough situations and plenty of personalities during their shift. I just appreciate them so much and wish I was CEO of starbs so I could pay them more <3“
“A great spot to grab a drink before a busy shopping trip. Starbucks drinks are always going up which is really disappointing. However, the true experience lies within the amazing customer service. The baristas at this location are far more friendlier than the standalone locations that are nearby. I am always pleased with my experience at this location! Tam and Trevor were the baristas during my last visit a few days ago and they were friendly, bright, and engaging! Trevor was welcoming and made sure to welcome in everyone as they walked in. Tam also made me the best matcha latte I’ve ever had! My only complaint is that the baristas are usually overworked with there usually being 1-2 baristas during the busier days. However, this is not their fault and I really do feel bad for them especially when only a single barista is working. I cannot imagine having to take orders, make drinks, and still maintain high customer satisfaction by myself!! Please remember to treat these workers with respect and to be patient during the busier days. Especially with the holidays coming up! I will definitely be returning to this spot :)“
“The person taking my order kindly agreed to make a new pot as the Pike was old. Part of the staff was friendly, one or two making the drinks for the drive-thruwere bothered working. While one was changing the trash, she handled a couple cups coving then across the counter without finishing the trash and washing her hands.“
