Whoever Peter G is that took my order in the drive thru immediately started the whole experience off wrong. As soon as the speaker beeped he said can I get a name for the order. Once I gave my name he said yeah what can I get ya. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and the fact that after everything I said without even giving me a chance it was “ok anything else”. When I got to the smoothie, I asked for the Tropi-Colada but he kept saying “the what” and “what are you wanting”. It seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and I was being rushed. It would be nice if the customer service was more like customer service and not so much like an inconvenience.

I'll be honest I love tropical smoothie and get the same exact smoothies everytime. This time however, mine and the other smoothie we got tasted like water. Well picture a La croix smoothie. I asked them to remake it and it looked and tasted the exact same. Almost white.

the general manager here does not need to be in this position. He wants to cause trouble and is highly aggressive and unprofessional. This place doesn't prepare food in any way or with fresh ingredients.

This is the worst tropical smoothie ever! I only come to this location because it's closer to my house, but every time, IT NEVER FAILS it never fails they make my smoothie wrong! I get the Chia banana boost, and every time they make it it taste bland or like sugar ice chips🙄 and you cannot get a refund back, you have to wait for the general manager to be in the store to get a refund. That means leave with a bad smoothie and come back for another bad smoothie in a refund. Never coming back here again!

I always come here to dine in or go through the drive thru very often. I love the smoothies here! A few times ago when I came in there was this one girl that just seems so unhappy throwing equipment doing things in a bad manner, you can feel her bad mood. I went to the drive thru and usually I am asked what I would like but it’s took a while for anyone to respond and when I said hello I finally get a”what do u want”back. It was very rude and I wasn’t getting my order taken. When I went up to the window to pay she snatched my card and was just in a horrible mood. I understand we have bad day I work in costumer service as well but every time I come in I see this girl in a bad mood never happy doesn’t respond to anyone acting like a child. I say this because I have many friends that come to this location after school and have told me the same thing.

I ordered my smoothie through the app for pickup in store, but I am having issues with my knee, so I went through the drive thru. I apologized at the speaker, the gentleman helping was so nice. 10/10 on service and quality. I went again today and my order was ready by the time I got there and was amazing. Thank you to the hard working staff.

Got a peanut butter crunch flatbread and a smoothie with whey in the drive thru. No receipt, no honey on the flat bread and no whey in the drink.. super disappointed ☹️

Young kids that don't know what they are doing and nobody old enough to supervise. I walk in 5 people standing around, huge line outside...nobody greets me...the slowest tropical smoothie ever. Always have to wait 10 mins for smoothies, but today was just over 20mins. They kept messing up my order. People that came in after me got their orders before me. Young gentlemen, possibly a manager stepped up and helped to get my order done right. They did say have a nice day!

I took my daughters and their friends here tonight after church (7/17/24) it was about 845pm and I honestly didn't even think about when closing time was. The girl took our order begrudgingly and at the time I had no idea why the terrible attitude. The guy who made our food was very polite. At 9pm she then yells at us "we are closed!" And then I tell my girls to hurry. At 902pm she yells "OK I legally have to lock the door and can't have anyone in here!" So we packed our salads and smoothies and headed out. I understand closing time, but good gracious child (20 something year old) learn how to give people a respectful heads up for closing time and learn some customer service. That is not how you talk to people, especially someone who just spent $30 on 2 salads and 2 smoothies!
