The lady working the window Feb 2, 2026 at 4:21pm is not only rude but extremely unprofessional. She should never work with the public. I will never come back to this location.

So I usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this location in the past month has attempted to give me a Peanut Paradise instead of a Paradise Point 3 times! I was lucky I caught it today before leaving the drive through, but please talk to corporate about changing the name so it doesn’t get confused as easily!

First time at a tropical smoothie and the guy walked me through the whole menu and was fantastic and fast!

Went to get food here tonight. Worst customer service I have ever had. The workers are rude and hateful.

I recently created an order on the app for a breakfast bowl. I was sitting in the parking lot of the Broken Arrow location when I placed the order but for some reason, it popped up the 71st street store in Tulsa and I did not catch that. TOTALLY MY FAULT!

When I pulled up to the window, Caleb told me that he couldn’t find the order and asked me to check my app. That’s when we discovered the mistake.

Caleb told me to hang on for a moment and returned shortly saying that he had spoken to April and they were going to honor my order at no charge to save me that long trip back into Tulsa.

I am blown away by this level of customer care. Clearly, it was NOT their fault and yet they went above and beyond to turn my mistake into a wonderful customer experience.

Thank you Caleb and April. You are shining examples of what it truly means to care about your customers!

Yesterday, I ordered 2 acai bowls via UberEATS for my son. In the app I specified no strawberries, blue berries, coconut, banana,chia or honey, (due to dietary issues and a major dental surgery that day. I just wanted the acai.
EVERYTHING was left on the bowls.
I've never purchased anything from them before, and I never will again. Don't put the option to remove items on your menu if you're not going to follow the instruction.

Whoever Peter G is that took my order in the drive thru immediately started the whole experience off wrong. As soon as the speaker beeped he said can I get a name for the order. Once I gave my name he said yeah what can I get ya. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it and the fact that after everything I said without even giving me a chance it was “ok anything else”. When I got to the smoothie, I asked for the Tropi-Colada but he kept saying “the what” and “what are you wanting”. It seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and I was being rushed. It would be nice if the customer service was more like customer service and not so much like an inconvenience.

My smoothie tasted like ice had very little flavor

I love that I get salsa here with every single one of my quesadillas without asking, though at other locations like Claremore we no longer receive it and something so little, truly impacts the meal so much.

I'll be honest I love tropical smoothie and get the same exact smoothies everytime. This time however, mine and the other smoothie we got tasted like water. Well picture a La croix smoothie. I asked them to remake it and it looked and tasted the exact same. Almost white.

Love the smoothies and customer service here. Pretty quick with the orders.
