The girl at the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all. She took at least 5 mins before anyone came in the speaker to take my order and she pretty much shoved my order at me when I got to the window. I ordered a pomegranate plunge and a side of the Maple Kissed Sweet Potato’s.. it came with 6 small pieces for almost $2. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

the smoothies are good food is okay but the service makes me not want to go back the girl i think her name was victoria working the drive through was rude had no customer service skills and i know because im a server and its not hard to be kind and at least act like you like your job. i usually dont write reviews but the girl really shouldn’t be in drive through if she acts like that

Is it politcy to not be greeted and just stared at as you walk in?? Think the people that work here should find another profession. Almost walked out if not for the one nice lady here, Natalie, should be the boss lady. Make that happen and Ill come back. I would be embarrassed to own this store.

As other reviews have said, the service was the worst thing at this location. My mother and I went in today to grab a couple of smoothies and a bite to eat. As we walked in, all the employees were standing at the front counter giggling but as soon as we walked in they scattered except for one girl. Weird but whatever. No one ever said a word to us. So since it was my first time there I wanted to take a few minutes to look over their menu and my mother was explaining to me the items she liked and such. But the girl at the register never made any suggestions. Instead she just stood their staring at us and tapping her fingers on the counter like we were taking too long. There was no one else inside or in the drive thru so I'm gonna take my time. So we order and this girl very angrily shoves the receipt at my mother. She takes it and we sat down. A few minutes later the same girl bring our food over and literally threw it on the table... Then she came back with our smoothies and basically slammed them down. Still never saying a word. Our food and the smoothies were fine, but after we began eating one of the other employees was standing on the other side of the short wall next to us and begins loudly mock barfing... Seriously? You DO NOT do that in a restaurant! We were so disgusted we almost got up, said something to the manager and walked out, but instead we decided to file a formal complaint with corporate. Which we did. Also the name of the girl who took our orders was Victoria. According to other reviews she is the manager and judging from what others have said, even if we did complain she probably would've have cared. We will NEVER give this location our business ever again. What a joke.

I recently visited the location in Broken Arrow Ok. I ordered 2 junior drinks that were listed on the drive-thru menu as $3.59 ea. The young man told me my total was $9.79. When I got to the window I explained that each drink was $3.59 for a total of $7.18 + tax would be $7.75. He did the correct thing and said he was getting his manager. I assumed it was so she could override the transaction and correct the pricing. I was WRONG! Nicole (the manager) came and told me the sign is wrong and the drinks are $4.79 each and she was getting a new sign tomorrow. I explained that the sign is for $3.59 so that would be the price. She proceeded to tell me that the price was changed 6 months ago so I would have to pay the price. I again said, no the price is what is listed. She stormed off, never to turn, never to offer to provide any sort of customer service, just in a huff or tantrum. They closed the window, continued to take orders and when they did return they still offered a price that was higher than what it would have been if they charged me the correct amount.I let them know that I no longer wanted the drinks but I would take the store number (identifing marker) and the corporate number. The young man didn't know what the store number was, so he left and another young lady came to the window. She was super rude but did give me a card for the General Manager, Victoria Grant. I called the number and of course it went straight to the store and it was the same young lady who answered.I went across the street to Starbucks, go my drinks there, went home and called Tropical Smoothie Corporarte and called Dyne Hospitality Group. My intentions was only to let them know that the management on that shift is toxic and would only contaminate what could possibly be a good crew. Management and leadership is EVERYTHING to a company and the people they work with. I hope TS and DYNE address this issue and maybe use this as a training tool for managers.

This place went downhill. Used to have great staff but now theyre always messing up my order this time they put like an extremely spicy chipotle on my thai chicken wrap instead of the sweet peanut sauce that it comes with. I can understand giving me the wrong wrap by mistake because thats just a mix up but straight up not knowing what ingredients go on what sandwich shows huge lack of training plus i didnt see it until i got home and its not like im gonna drive back up there id reccomend the other tropical smoothies in town but not this one

The last time I was here my order was wrong. And another time before that I've driven someplace else because service took way too long. Today I gave it another chance but the customer service was horrible. I drove up to the menu and could instantly hear the annoyance in the girls voice as she sternly says "order when you're ready." When at the window, instead of being greeted, I got to listen to this bad tempered girl complaining about her job to her coworkers. She walks away and another girl walks up and asks me to pay, which I already had. Then get my food and see that it's wrong again.

Everytime I order from this particular store on hillside drive, my order is always missing something. I asked for no bacon on my Turkey bacon ranch sandwich and they gave me bacon and no tomato multiple times. Ive ordered a salad multiple time there and they hand me a salad w no dressing... I've never had this problem at any other TSC in Tulsa except this one

Just went in and paid $20 for a smoothie with a million add-ons just to get the runniest soup in a cup you could ask for -_- I was running late and didn't have time to ask them to fix it, but I have NEVER seen them skimp on ingredients like this!
