I visited the broken bow location to pick up food during a trip to tulsa to pick up a car. Super nice guy help me get my order together. Food was awesome, some of the best chicken we have had anywhere. Wish they didn't use beef tallow to cook in. We have allergies to beef so we cant eat here on future trips.
Edit... thank you for the reply and additional info about the other options we will try next time e in the area.

I must say, manager/owner/busboy....that you have the most creative ways to address sub par dining, read your own negative review responses
B was our drive through helper and she helped us go over the menu and was extremely knowledgeable with this being our first time stopping by. Companionate and friendly service. We will definitely be back.

Quick and fast service. Our waiter Jose was awesome, he offered appetizers and dessert (our favorite). Their banana pudding is one of the best i’ve tried.

The food is pretty good but the service is even better. Shoutout to B for being so friendly and attentive. She recommended the rotisserie chicken sandwich because I wanted rotisserie chicken and it hit the spot.

Checked this place out today and it was friendly service. A couple mistakes were made but that is okay.
They didn't have any onion rings, they were either out or hadn't prepped any yet fir the day. We got there on Sunday a few minutes after they opened.
Chicken tenders were good and juicy. I would ask them to cook it a little bit more next time, it was cooked properly but I want another minute or two.
The fried pickles were delicious! Sliced thin and very crispy. Love it.
The fries were crispy and good. The coleslaw was a bit dry and I would add more dressing to it, if it was me. The tomato cucumber salad was just that. It needed more juices and more vinegar in my opinion, plus salt and pepper.
The onion rings were supposed to be a side to the tenders. They were out so I said just swap it out with one of the others. We ended up getting two orders of fries, which was a waste of food. On the bill it showed that we were still upcharged by $2 for the onion rings which they were out of. Extra fries were $3 plus he said that since it was our first time then we get a side for free. That wasn't reflected on our bill either. The manager did come to talk with us and asked me to give a review online. She did give us a sample of two cheesy biscuits and they were delicious. We didn't know about the mistake on the bill until after she came by and we didn't feel the need to argue over a few dollars.
Overall, this was a good place to eat. It was clean, the staff was very nice, and the foid was good. Price was good considering the mishaps. It is happy hour all day on Sunday so it evened out with the half price beer.
Those minor changes that I suggested would make this a more enjoyable experience. The waiter probably just needs more experience and maybe a little bit of training.
