Best chain for wings for sure
Order is always wrong. They want to give you what they want not what you ordered.
Asked for extra seasoning on our fry’s, we literally got none, zero, nada! Fry’s were just terrible, soggy, no seasoning, just plain crappy. Wings were good!
The girl at the front counter (didn’t get her name) should NOT BE at the front counter….no customer service experience AT ALL!!! I had to ask for our cups and a drink carrier.

5 out of 7 times I have ordered 5 bone in lemon pepper and have not received in the delivery.
I recommend for everyone to go to the store directly.
You will be disappointed if you do delivery!!!

Do not order into go!!! I’ve never have any problems with this place (which we go to all the time and dine in) well today I placed an online order. It gave me an estimate of when my food would be done. I was there wa ahead of time, my food was already done. I got home and my food is ABSOLUTELY GROSS! It’s so cold, yuck yuck!!!!

I recommend ordering online before coming and ordering in store. Because they were doing a lot of Uber deliveries or something. So we had to wait a long time.

It's best when you order through the app before you go in. The deals are better so it's more affordable. The food was ready just a few minutes after we arrived, and it was hot, fresh, and correct. Our go to is Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Dry Rub.

The manager was completely rude, unprofessional, and refused to resolve the problem with their company. He hung up on me and stated “hope you don’t get your money.”
On top of getting charged and not receiving our food, their is no proper customer service even from the employees and the company and staff are ratchet and disrespectful and disgusting

An order of fries came with my order and about half of my fries were the ends of the bag or batch maybe. I didn't have a whole order of fries. I don't understand how they give this away as a whole order of fries?!

The lady that took my order on the phone did not get it correct. Asked for extra seasoning got BARELY any and there’s no seasoning on the fries tastes like salt.

The last two times we’ve ordered delivery, our orders have been missing items. Obviously we call the store and ask for a manager to which we were told both times “there is no manager” There’s no manager? Who is running your shift and why is there not a manager present ? Then we ended up finally getting a hold of a manager who told us they would refund the order, and when we never received a refund we called back and the GENERAL MANAGER told us the refund was denied. When we said we wanted our full refund and this was ridiculous, we were told they couldn’t do that even though we were told they could. After arguing a bit the GM finally agrees to send our refund like promised, and cursed us out and told us he would give us our full refund but did not want our business and hung up.
