Definitely the best location I’ve ate at! Food was fresh fries were nice and crispy not floppy! Also the employees were very nice! I normally don’t eat wing stop often because the staff are pretty rude at other locations but amazing here! I will definitely start coming back to this location more often!

This is the worst wing stop I have ever been to. The lack of customer service is the worst. They were busting their own music in the back of the kitchen for all customers to hear. When asking them to provide an itemized receipt, they couldn't even do that. I paid over fifty dollars for food.In the end, the way it was everything should have been free!

My recent experience with Wingstop was extremely disappointing and reflects major issues in both food quality and customer service. My wife and I placed an order that arrived burnt, overcooked, and not prepared to Wingstop standards. We have photos documenting the condition of the food. However, the worst part of this situation was the way the store manager, Mike Termin, spoke to us when we called to report the issue. His attitude was unprofessional, cocky, and dismissive. He bragged repeatedly about his store being “number 13 in the nation,” but showed no concern, no empathy, and no willingness to listen to the customer. He also said that pictures “don’t mean anything” and that since it was the next day, they “can’t help him,” which is unacceptable for a business that relies on customer trust. When we asked for district or franchise contact information, he refused to provide it and acted like we were inconveniencing him. My wife overheard the call and was shocked by his lack of respect and basic customer service. A refund was processed, but the experience made it clear that the manager’s attitude is part of the problem. Poor-quality food combined with disrespectful service shows a lack of leadership and accountability. We are loyal Wingstop customers, but this encounter left us feeling unheard, dismissed, and disrespected. I am requesting that Wingstop Corporate and the franchise leadership address the behavior of this manager, ensure proper training, and reinforce the standards customers expect from this brand.
The worst service!! The health department should close this place!! Gloves are to protect food- how do you go from making food, the to the register then back to making food never change gloves or wash hands??

We used to love Wing Stop and I never do restaurant reviews.
Decided to get some tonight on a whim because it's been a while. I can honestly say the wings from anywhere else would be better. I've had wings from Zaxby's and Mazzios in the past month. Both better and half the price of what this was.
What we got was overcooked to the point that the chicken seemed like jerky. Overpriced, in comparison to other wing spots and the ranch had a hint of a chlorine flavor, like maybe they bleached whatever the ranch is made in and didn't rinse it out before making it.
I'd ask for my money back if i thought I'd get it.
Go somewhere else for wing night with the fam.
Horrible. I think they used hen wings because they were extremely small and the chicken was burnt and dry under the disgusting amount of sauce.

My family and I eat at the BA location on Lynn Lane EVERY week. It has gotten worse and worse. Tonight after 45 minutes they realized they lost our order. We asked repeatedly where our food was and the attendant just kept saying 5 more minutes, not even going to check to see that it was even in the works. No manager on duty to do a refund, supposedly. Very disappointing. All the tables were dirty and music way too loud.

I placed an order online so that I could pick it up when I got there. When I arrived, I let them know what the name on the order was, and they told me it wasn’t ready. The lady at the front then immediately went to hang out with her coworkers in the back, and an order was placed on the to-go rack behind the counter right after. I could see their order queue screen, and my order was at the top of the queue and said “ready.” I thought maybe the screen was wrong since they didn’t call my name. I waited another 15 minutes watching them give out order after order and finally went up to ask if the order on the rack was mine. Turns out it was, and I stayed there and waited for literally no reason when my order was ready pretty much ready right after I walked in. The staff seemed more interested in talking to one another than taking care of customers.

Ordered food at 10:15. At 11:40 the order is still not ready. 5 people came in, ordered at the counter and left with food. I keep being told just a few more minutes. Manager in the back too busy washing dishes to talk to customers. Kids sitting on the counter talking and bsing. One kid smashes the trash down with bare hands and turns around to finish preparing an order. Hopefully not mine! Manager still oblivious to anything. Not even an apology for the almost 2 hour wait!

The worst food i ever had out of any wingstop i ate, and not the right order, wrong flavor order and wrong amount of each flavor. Its not what the worker wants its what the customer pays for. Truly sucks they need better service.

I came in after having what seems to be the worst day I’ve had in a while. The cashier was on break and I lost my cool on him and immediately felt awful. I don’t do that to people and today I did and he showed me so much grace and kindness. I didn’t catch his name but he had blonde hair in braids on his head. If you see this kid, I am SO sorry. I hope you can forgive me. Thank you for being so kind and understanding to me. It means so much.

Over cooked and under seasoned. I watched 3 orders made after mine ho to those customers first, 5 mins later I got mine. I'll never be back.
