Do NOT order from here if you do pickup/delivery!! The last two times we’ve ordered delivery, our orders have been missing items. Obviously we call the store and ask for a manager to which we were told both times “there is no manager” There’s no manager? Who is running your shift and why is there not a manager present ? Then we ended up finally getting a hold of a manager who told us they would refund the order, and when we never received a refund we called back and the GENERAL MANAGER told us the refund was denied. When we said we wanted our full refund and this was ridiculous, we were told they couldn’t do that even though we were told they could. After arguing a bit the GM finally agrees to send our refund like promised, and cursed us out and told us he would give us our full refund but did not want our business and hung up.

I really enjoy Wingstop wings, but tonight as I’m waiting for my online order one of the employees and his friend are standing near the register playing around. Somehow they flick their water bottles cap at me. I say, “The cap hit me.” They just laugh it off. No sorry. The friend leaves and the employee picks up the cap. I know it’s just a cap. I just don’t understand why the cap hitting me was funny. ? On top of all of my order was wrong!

The service here was extremely disappointing. The employees were disrespectful and unwelcoming to customers. A female cashier didn’t even greet us and snapped at the waiting line, saying, “It’s going to be an hour wait.” This led us and five other groups behind us to leave and find somewhere else to eat. I’m not sure what’s happened to customer service these days, but this experience was far from acceptable.

Wing Stop is much more affordable than BWW. Great tasting food, friendly staff. The lobby feels like a fast food atmosphere to pick up and go but great food for a nice price!
