Nothing was delivered however customer service is awful. I was ignored when I was notified on the app the food was ready and went inside. Not acknowledged, not greeted. My son’s food literally fell into the floor from the belt, still nothing was said to me. I finally ask if it was mine,I had no time to wait for it to be remade. Spoke with the manager she returned my money and said they could remake it at first I declined but my sons food really likes the wing flavor they offer...read full review
Paid the delivery free, paid a 20% tip, when the driver gave me the food I took it inside and opened it. It was the wrong food, I went to flag down the driver, and he drove off while I was standing outside. I called three times and got no answer after waiting for 5+ minutes each call. I had to go to the store just to tell them it was wrong, and they acted as if it was my fault when I showed the receipt which they got wrong. What a nightmare for the pizza I ordered.
Allows a delivery to be ordered only to be contacted and told they don't deliver to the address entered into the order. Totally SUCKS!! NOW I have wait for the refund to take who knows how long, while I have to make another order elsewhere and spend more money.
