This is one of those places that we’ll be thinking about long after we’ve headed back home from our family vacation. Not only is it great for kids, but it’s one of the best grilled cheeses I’ve ever had as an adult. I had the Mimi and the homemade pimento cheese is some of the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a lot). Also, the owner was incredibly kind and very responsive when I messaged him to make sure they’d be open this week. Stop here. Get a grilled cheese....
Stopped for lunch and ordered the hot damm and mimi sandwiches which were amazing. Owner was super nice and very friendly. He made our food very fast as well. The atmosphere around the truck is also super nice with plenty of seating and shade with other stores around. Would 100 recent come back again
We stopped at the market local on 259 for some provisions, then saw this food truck sitting in the courtyard with various picnic tables.
