Awful food. Overpriced and frozen, dry, rubbery, gross. Go anywhere else!!! The owner claims on all the bad reviews that they are happy to “replace or refund” but they refused to do either. The worst restaurant
Delicious food! Fast and friendly service. They were very accommodating with my peanut allergy.
Shuck Me is a seafood restaurant off N Lukfata Trail in Hochatown. They have a large indoor and outdoor seating areas, a menu with a lean towards Louisiana style seafood orders. There are grilled and fried fish, shrimp and oysters. boiled shrimp, gumbo, po boys along with a few others.

Based on the reviews, Shuck Me Kitchen & Cantina is a cool place with great atmosphere, pleasant music, and lots of awesome fishing pics on the wall. It offers both interior seating and outdoor seating looking out on the pond. The food is excellent and delicious, with big portions that make the price worth it. Options include a fried catfish basket with hush puppies and fried okra, a grilled shrimp plate with corn on the cob and ranchero beans, fish and chips, Mahi tacos, and a cheeseburger that was spot on with fresh ingredients. For seafood lovers, they have frog legs, crab, shrimp, and shucked oysters that were great and fresh. The boiled shrimp and new potatoes were great. However, it is a counter service place with tiny cups, and the food is very spicy. If someone is not good with spicy, it is not the spot. The restaurant can be crazy busy, and dirty tables were reported during the last hour before closing.
