So, manager, please give the highest regards of thanks to those that were on staff this night for closing and make sure they get some sort of employee appreciation like gift cards or something they deserve it.”

Unfortunately, I've had some personal encounters with some of the other, very rude, guest. I personally don't think the workers deserve that kind of unfair backlash. It's all too often rude customers are causing a scene. There might be something in the water ig 🤷‍♂️
