Ladies and gentlemen, today was a sad ? day in Customer service land for Arby's in Poteau. The time range was approximately 145 so after lunch!! My husband and I went to Arby's because I craved the curly fries. I ordered a large. I expected to get that tall box of curly fries that Arby's is known for but not anymore!! A medium is now a large. The cashier who took my order knew his job, I asked questions about some sandwiches they had and he rambled all the things that came on them like it was nothing. Kudos to him. Most can't tell you that.Try the French dip and Swiss-a must.
