“Carnegie this time did a on line order to pick up they were having a hard day it took a hour and 15 over the 20 minute wait. Sounding like computer issues not letting them know orders were coming in.
We felt bad for them.
A new girl came on shift and fixed everything with another lady very quickly...like probably 10 order mess ups with in 20 minutes.
Our food did sit outside the warmer for 20 minutes tho while we waited for a couple items that were missing.
Well done ladies I hope computer issues are resolved.“
