Service was slow. Had about 20 customers at best. I ordered Fettuccine Alfredo and a garden salad. Salad was decent I ate it. Fettuccine was a small portion like me for a child and tasted like buttered noodles. I promise you I will never visit this establishment again. Sorry I should have taken a picture.

ordered potato skins and french onion soup to go. hostess has no clue how to check on orders. waited 30 min. before manager got involoved because another customer started complaining to tell me they had to make fresh soup. brings me wrong soup and had to wait few minutes for the right one. hostess needs to learn customer servicd skills and not sit there and roll silverware when you have upset customers asking wheres are food . I also should have kept the other soup for the wait.

They are reaching calling this a steakhouse. Food is inconsistent, subpar, and it’s more of a chore to eat this quality food than an enjoyment. The service is actually even worse than the food. You want an honest review? There you have it.

Didn't realize it's inside a casino. No tax and free drinks. Steaks had a lot of fat, to much. Food tasted okay otherwise. It's kind of a basic place.

Went with my younger brother today and the service was horrible. Our server crystal completely ignored us to the point we had to wait 20 minutes after our plates had already been cleared by a manager for that same manager to bring us our tab to pay even though crystal walked by several times at one point I even tried to politely stop her to ask for my tab and she just continued walking towards the back ignoring us, while the food was a decent price my steak was chewy and hard to cut. Part of me assumes the service may have been bad considering my young age but another part says that the place is likely poorly run by undertrained staff. I still left a 20% tip but I will not be back.
