Would be cool if you guys served food that was at least warm. Rarely ever do I receive fries worth eating or a decent burger. Both orders of fries I bought went straight in the trash. Cherry on top of my 13 hour shift today

Today McDonald's didn't even give me in Uncooked McChickens or fries this is not the place to go they are terrible with customer service if you call in to a manager it will be the manager that was working there that served the plain fries so I don't know how to get ahold of a district manager I would like a refund but I can't even get that

I didn’t go in and this was my first time in Chandler. People were Friendly and the food was hot. It was breakfast around 9 AM. I just had two sausage biscuits.
The "Golden Arches Supper Club" did not disappoint! We got the expected McDonald's food and service. They weren't very busy so we got through the line quickly. Just a family of five trying to eat some supper.
Imagine our surprise to discover Ken's Pizza AND; Taco Mayo close their dining room at 8 pm! We got to town ready to eat at 7:55 pm. Boom-a-Rang closes at 9 pm. Last time I took the family to Boom-a-Rang my total was over 100 dollars. Another disappointment.

If there was an option for negative stars it would get that rating. There’s literally 3 places to eat locally and one is a gas station! If you would like to pay the same price as driving to the city to sit down and eat a meal while being treated like a mosquito on their arm…you found your new Monday night regular! I personally will be eating gas station food when I feel lazy!!! Trash cans have better customer service. At least a trash can does its job without complaint! Never left a customer review in my life but there’s a first time for everything! Eating here was like my first time at Dick’s Last Resort…minus the humorous atmosphere with a fun twist! No luba! Get ready to be sore boys!!!

The only nice thing I have to is they consistently disappoint with extremely rude customer service and messed up orders. Out of the many times I’ve been here today I’ve finally had it. After placing an order at drive thru my husband pulls to the 1st window- as you do. Not our first time you see. Ready to pay with a card out window down. The girl at the window looks over and walks away. No “one moment” or “I’ll be right back” or even a “hi” you know basic customer service. We pull to the next window after a few minutes of that. Now just when you thought you read the good part of this review buckle up cause never had this string of words spoken to me at a place of business. So hats off for a first I guess. Anyway the 2nd girl says “you didn’t pay” with an annoyance written all over her face. My husband explained the 1st girl walked away and didn’t say anything - again you know basic customer service wasn’t provided. The 2nd girl continued to be short and slammed the window closed several times. My husband asks for the manager kindly. We don’t yell at people who get paid close to the minimum wage, even if they are entitled. When the manager shows my husband explains the situation her response was…*pause for dramatic effect* “ok” Yup you read that right. Again not greeted with basic customer service. We weren’t looking for compensation but maybe a half as*ed promise of “we will try better in the future” and some acknowledgment that rudeness and problem with customers is not tolerated. Especially after paying $30 for ducking McDonald’s.
