Tea and liftoff is the perfect wakeup drink. The shakes are awesome as well. So many flavor combinations. I have tried every meal replacement out there and nothing taste or agrees with me more than the Formula 1 and 24 sport line. I'm down 16lbs for the month of January 12 more to go to hit my goal.
