I gave the overall rating a 3 because there's not a 2.5. I had the ground beef burrito topped with sour cream sauce. Sides of beans and rice. Burrito meat was bland with no flavor. Queso Cheese dip was horrible. Almost like the cheese was literally watered down and didn't dissolve properly. Salsa was "ok" at best. The chips were good. Beans and rice were good. Pepsi was great. Unfortunately, I don't recommend this place.
My recommendation; order anything that has the shredded beef in it, have chili gravy on anything that needs sauce and make sure you have at least one tamale. The shredded beef is flavorful fantastic. The chili gravy is not tomato based sauce, real chili sauce, and the tamales are spicey perfect. They are even better with the chili gravy on them! It was a neat place but just wasn't a big fan, but everyone has their own opinion, not saying it was bad, the atmosphere was great, the service was good, and the servers were very friendly, just wasn't a big fan of the food. It wasn't horrible don't get me wrong, I personally just didn't like it.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu
