They would not honor the app reward because their computer kept rejecting it though the app kept saying it was accepted. Normal Mcds make accomodation anyway but theanager refused.

Absolutely the worst ran McDonald's I've ever been to. Rude staff, service so slow you could cook it yourself over a camp fire after you hunted the ingredients in nature. Then the screaming manager Kami was such a delight after having waited for a drive through order for over 25 minutes. And this isn't the first horrible experience I've had with this location. It literally does not matter what you order or what time of day, you're guaranteed a min of 10 minute wait.

I've stop at this McDonald's 2 Sundays in a row and on both visits the garbages were overflowing and the tables are filthy. The young man standing at the register is dressed in a black Nike hoodie and he acts like you're I disturbing him when you approach the counter. He had friends standing behind the counter with him on both occasions, until they decided to move the conversation into the bathroom. That left the front counter unattended while people stood there waiting for someone to wait on them. It took 21 minutes for me to get my food. While employees stood around talking. Whoever is managing this location is NOT doing their job.

As a truck driver options are normally very limited. I have stopped here many times and the service is constantly going above and beyond. The food is always fresh. The employees are always friendly. This time they even included a free small cookie, giving an exemplary service that other locations should take notes from. I will be back and look forward to seeing you guys next time.

No counter service. 2 people waiting. When I asked if anyone was running the register, lady said I am, you are going to have to wait. 5 minutes in line I decided to get food at the Loves Stop side. Frankly the kiosks are not intuitive and a pain .

Red Head that takes orders needs hearing aids. Also rude when receiving payment. Employees definitely need lessons on polite interaction. Food same as any McDonalds. Would definitely reccomend a different fast food place for people passing through.

I ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish with fries and a McSundae. Since I placed my order through the mobile app, they also gave me a cookie, which was a nice surprise. The dining area was clean, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly. The interior has a modern design that feels fresh. Overall, a good experience.
