I came to sonic for a delicious breakfast meal and my food took way too long to come out as to. They’re not busy maybe one car in five minutes through the drive-through and nobody at the terminals. They forgot my drink on top of it and when I requested to get my drink, they took up to 10 minutes to bring me my drink, and my straw was thrown at me on top of that. I am not happy with this sonic at all The customer service here is so rude and ridiculous. I’ve never seen a store more disrespectful in my life. And when I asked the guy for his name because he had no name tag on, he said it’s none of my business.

Everyone we had interactions with were so kind and had amazing attitudes. It put a smile on our faces. The food came out extremely fast and tasted absolutely incredible. Amazing service. I havent seen service like this in a very long time. Props to the crew working on August 3rd at 8:40 pm

Alright, my grandma lives right by this sonic and I like to swing by when I am in town to get some snacks and food for my drive back home. a

I went to this location last time and maaan, what a frustrating experience. I didn’t even eat because I attempted to order for about 10 minutes. They put a poor kid on the speaker to take orders who didn’t even know how. I tried to order a supersonic breakfast burrito a ridiculous number of times. I had to tell him it was a super sonic burrito because he kept inputting a sausage burrito. I don’t work there and never have and I am telling this kid he is inputting the order wrong. Eventually he gives up and the manager gets on. I go to tell her my order and she gets frustrated with me after I told her she put it in incorrectly!

I left and went to Subway.

Had called in an order and got there to pick it up and got all the way home only to discover our whole order was wrong. Nothing on our burgers was right. And the car hops need to learn how to count change back. If my order is $40.45, I give you a $50 bill my change shouldn't be $4 even.

I don't usually give bad reviews... waiting here over 40 mins for an order when we were the only ones here. Then I don't know how many people showed up after us and everyone got their food before us. There's only 4 items. Got checked in twice for this order. Unacceptable.

Food is typically fresh, and the line usually moves at a good speed. I swear though, next time I order cheese tots, and they give me regular tots, I'm going to lose it. THEY DO NOT LISTEN. I do not eat sonic alot but I swear at least the last 3 times ive ordered CHEESE TOTS, they hand me regular ones.
