The daily lunch specials here are very good. Something different. Usually a choice of one or two main dishes. A choice one of four veggies. Soup or salad bar. The salad bar is exceptional on its own. And a choice of desserts.They also make great sandwiches.

We had been hoping to try The Farmers Table. We thoroughly enjoyed the homemade Potato Bacon Chowder, the BLT sandwich, and the yummy chocolate chip cookies. Also enjoyed the delicious homemade pimento cheese sandwich topped with pieces of crisp bacon and pimento jelly! What an unusual treat. Don’t miss enjoying a homemade lunch at this cozy spot with these friendly hosts!

Run by two of the nicest people you will ever meet, Rachel and Doyce, they serve great lunches that will make you think you are in their home. Get there early. It seems like half the town stops by around Noon.... because the food is that good.
