Thank you for the opportunity to let people know about this location.The older lady there with gray hair must be the manager no smiles at all and not very helpful in suggestions or offering of what may be on a specials if they have any.A few people were at the front counter with the old lady there on her phone mostly young men staring makes you feel a little uncomfortable but, I'm used to it omg. Anyways my husband proceeds to order for us we want the salad bar he says and one of the young men looks at him as and shakes his head as my husband tells the gray headed lady that in placing our order ? WOW! The place was dirty the floor looks like it never gets swept or mopped at close mid shift nor open smh . The window ledges inside and tables were dirty. The rest room in the lady's paper towel dispenser had some issue with giving paper towels it just ticked out paper in inches . Oh my omg . ??? And I think I'll just stop there it just keeps getting better. I'm sorry I had to report this way but, it's only truthful ? maybe choose another location mcloud next time maybe ?.

Absolutely terrible, refusal of service, bad quality control on the pizzas, bathrooms were unkept, and the staff were very rude about giving us what we ordered, and we had to go get 2 of our pizzas because the refused to get it for us.0/10 wouldn't recommend

First time mazzio's experience and I couldn't be more thrilled. My friends are fans and I as well. The salad bar was fresh and full of options. I ordered the crustless pizza and couldn't be more happier. Their thin crust is crunchy cracker thin. Service was friendly and atmosphere was clean.

This place was disappointing. The physical plant of the restaurant was dated and appeared to be unkept/maintained.The service was so so at best. The food took approximately 50 mins to come out, and it was nothing special. Pizza toppings were spotty and merger.

Thank you for your great customer service! I came to pick up my order. Without me saying anything, the guy running the front noticed my marinara sauce sitting on top of the pizza stack underneath the heat light and replaced them. I wasn’t even going to mention it but I just appreciate the generous touch. Thank you for going above and beyond with the freshness tonight!

Food was sparse cold hard and marginal at best. Service was non-existence . Place had a very unpleasant odor like sewer or dirty water. Not returning.
Good food and awesome staff. It is a safe place to go to for those with allergies.

I ordered two large pizzas: one Works and one Greek. Based on the attached pictures, I believe I was given a large and a medium. Moreover, both pizzas are pretty flavorless and mushy. Mazzio’s used to make really good pizza. In fact, the Greek pizza used to be my favorite pizza anywhere, but based on this visit, well, they have really gone downhill. Unfortunate.

It amazes me how people can’t make food. This is supposed to be 14in large pepperoni with jalapeños on half. With extra sauce. Instead I got this what’s up with 1 slice with 15 slices of jalapeños ? This pizza measures 12in and that’s what the mediums are supposed to be ……Mazzios need help !

Pretty sad what has happened to this Mazzios. 08/13/23 12pm. Went to order lunch for me and my little girl. Waited till 1pm to get our food. She got a small kids cheese pizza and i just got cheese bread. I did get the salad bar. Cashier was not happy working there, rude to customers and was not going to hurry for anyone including her fellow employees that were working.At this time i counted only 3 employees working and i one driver. THe place was not full, was not even half-way full. Maybe 8 tables were being used?The lady possiibly making the pizza's did not have her hair up and was down. This concerned me for hair getting into the food.The biggest part i had with the place was - it needs a good cleaning. Dirty tables, walls, seats, windows, floors.. sticky years of filth adding up.General manager .... please read my post and take note.
