About Mazzio's

Mazzio's Pizza & Wings is a popular restaurant known for its good food and friendly service. Customers appreciate that the food is consistently hot and tastes great, with many enjoying their pizza and the salad bar. The staff are often described as friendly and hardworking, providing a pleasant dining experience. Some locations, like the one in Choctaw, OK, are praised for their cleanliness and efficient web ordering system, making it easy to get pizza quickly. Team members are noted for their helpfulness and making the visit special, creating a welcoming environment.

However, there are occasional issues, such as long wait times for basic orders like cheese pizza, sometimes due to equipment problems. Customers have also pointed out that the restaurant can be quite dirty, with floors and surfaces needing attention. At times, communication about delays could be better, as some customers experienced waiting without explanation. In one instance, noise from a worker’s child was a distraction, though this was seen as a rare occurrence.

Overall, Mazzio's is regarded as an excellent pizza place with a nostalgic feel, offering good food and service, though some locations might face cleanliness and communication challenges.
